Hello, I have seen many people doing a great job saying hello to a new member, but maybe in the future some members will not say it properly. =]

For Example (Bad Welcome): Hi.

Even saying one word like that in a sentence even it isn't a sentence. It needs to have the welcome! =]

For Example (Good Welcome): Hi, JustinBieber1Fan! I am Admin! Welcome to EBABV! =]

That is a really good sentence, making the person who is new, happy. =]
